Enhanced Compliance Incentive Program or ECIP by SEC

The SEC has introduced the Enhanced Compliance Incentive Program (ECIP) to encourage businesses to consistently comply and file their annual reports on time. The program offers various incentives, including reduced penalties for timely and complete submissions.

The application period for eligible corporations is from September 2, 2024 until November 30, 2024.
